Team Juan is named after the traditional Filipino name Juan because it shows nationalism and it represents the number one (1) meaning we are after one goal and that is to make Filipino product known worldwide. Kape Juan is a mixture of locally produced ingredients from different places in the Philippines; Batangas, Antique, Cavite and Tanay. Currently,

 

Kape Juan has 2 flavors, Orihinal, which is priced at Php75.00  is a mix of barako beans, muscovado sugar and carabao’s milk and the other flavor is Tsokolate,which is priced at Php85.00 has the same ingredients with Orihinal but with a twist of pure tablea.

Unlike the ordinary coffee, Kape Juan has carabao’s milk that made it more unique, barako beans that have a stronger taste and the muscovado sugar that is healthier.

Team Juan’s management team is comprised of Entrepreneurship students with background in culinary arts. The company, which was established in 2014, will continue to improve and develop their products to provide their customers with the best bottled coffee, and to acquire partners in the future.

The financial manager creates yearly budget and evaluates all the activities of the business to improve its sales performance.

The marketing manager develops marketing program and strategies applicable to increase sales of the business. She evaluates marketing program to check its impact to the performance of the business.

The operations manager is responsible to the efficient operations that the company would undergo throughout. She makes sure that the production and operations are working smoothly, and she is the one who checks the products if they are all in good condition before delivering it to the cafes and restaurants.
